Adam, Amy, and Jason went to Brazil, IN to check out Hell's Gate. When they reached Hell's Gate it was pretty scary looking. There are train tracks over head and a stream running underneath. The tunnel is covered in graffiti. They were standing in the tunnel taking pictures and doing EVP work. They heard a lot of different noises. At one point it sounded as if they were hearing conversations in the distance. Mostly the noises they heard came from the stream below.
Adam and Jason decided to walk up to the train tracks. It was around 1:45 am, they were not up there very long due to the fact that there are still trains that run roughly every hour. After reviewing all evidence they concluded that what was experienced might be paranormal in nature.
On a separate trip out to Hell's Gate Amy, Jason, Chris, and Phil went to see if they could catch anything out there. Again conversations were heard, but could not really understand what was being said. They did not see any other people out there.
While in the tunnel they did experience a creepy feeling, almost as if they were being watched. Feelings of gloom and despair. This would be a great place to take your friends out for a good scare.
DIRECTIONS
I-70 W take exit 23 turn right onto North highway 59 out of Brazil. Turn west onto county road 1350, keep going there will be 2 or 3 stop signs, go straight ahead until you hit Rock Run Road. Turn right, follow the road around a turn and you will come to the first of Hell's Gates.
